A roof-mounted unit an officer places at the start of a traffic stop. Occupants are told it is recording. It holds the vehicle's position if it flees, and surfaces threat indicators to the officer in real time. Officer removes it at the conclusion of the traffic stop.

Speech is processed in a secure cloud tenant. Flagged phrases, such as weapon references or coordination to conceal or flee, are surfaced to the officer as advisory alerts.

The device does not operate silently. Spoken notice is part of the deployment sequence.
An alert is information, not an instruction. No action is automated and no judgment is delegated to the system.
Position, audio, transcripts, and every alert are logged for after-action and legal review.

The app shows the vehicle's live position the moment the unit is placed, a clear recording-active state, and any advisory alert as a card the officer can read at a glance.
Every alert names the flagged phrase and a confidence level. It prompts attention. It never dictates a response, and it never characterizes a person, only the words captured on the record.
